Shipping costs

Goods are shipped via DHL and delivered by New Zealand Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost or parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.

1. Warenpost (for small shipments without tracking)

Requirement: Max. weight 1 kg and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm)

• up to 300 g: $18.00
• up to 500 g: $24.00
• up to 700 g: $29.00
• up to 1 kg: $39.00

2. Parcel shipping (with tracking)

• Standard parcel (up to 500 g): $69.00
• Standard parcel (over 500 g): $59.00
• Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): $79.00

Please note: Express delivery to New Zealand is currently not available.

Notice on Taxes & Customs

• Orders delivered to New Zealand: Prices displayed do not include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties.
• Orders up to NZD $1,000: Parcels enter tax-free unless assessed by border authorities.
• Orders over NZD $1,000: Subject to 15% NZ GST, customs duties, and carrier processing fees, collected directly by New Zealand Post prior to delivery.
• Orders delivered to other countries/regions: For shipments outside New Zealand, local import taxes and fees apply according to the destination country's regulations.
• Shipping to the United States (USA): Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
