Shipping costs

We offer two different shipping methods for our customers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Partners:

• We ship larger parcels to New Zealand with DHL and they are delivered by New Zealand Post. The shipping cost for parcels is NZ$45 and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.
• Small parcels are shipped with DHL and delivered by New Zealand Post. These parcels do not come with tracking and cost between NZ$18 and NZ$29 (depending on the weight of your order).

You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout, where you'll also see the total shipping costs.

Unfortunately, express delivery to New Zealand is not available.

Notice on Taxes & Customs:
Prices displayed do not include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties.

• Orders up to NZD $1,000: Parcels enter tax-free unless GST is assessed by border authorities.
• Orders over NZD $1,000: Imports exceeding NZD $1,000 are subject to 15% NZ GST, customs duties, and carrier processing fees. These charges are collected directly from the recipient by New Zealand Post prior to delivery.
