How do I return my package?

If you'd like to return your product, please get in touch with our support via e-mail: info@gusti-leder.nz.
They will provide you with a return address for your order.
Extended return period
Just in time for Christmas, we are extending our right of withdrawal until 18/01/2025. So you can browse for gifts for your loved ones from 18/11/2024, order and return them to us by 18/01/2025. Engraved items are not included.
Please note that engraved items cannot be returned, as they have been personalised and there is no right of withdrawal. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our support via e-mail: info@gusti-leder.nz.
Important Notice: The customer will be responsible for any return costs, which will be reimbursed. Returns are free for damaged or faulty products.
The following customer cancellation and returns rights do not apply to orders which have been personalised or customised to suit the needs of a specific customer.
