The right to cancellation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated, for the manufacture of goods that have been individually ordered or selected by a customer, or that have been clearly tailored to the customer’s personal preferences.

You have the right to cancel your contract without stating a reason why until 18/01/2025. This only applies to orders placed from 18/11/2024.

In order to exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter, fax, or email). You may use the Cancellation Form below, however, this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you inform us that you shall be exercising your right to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order and withdraw from the Contract of Sale, we will return all of the payments we have received from you to you. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost fees. These amounts shall be repaid immediately and within a maximum of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of the contract is received by us. We will use the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you, for the reimbursement; you will not be charged for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods from you, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Please return the goods to us promptly and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of your contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of this fourteen-day period. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be required to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to the way in which you handled the goods, if they were handled in a way that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and function of the goods.
